Return Policy – Solani

At Solani, each piece is crafted with precision, heritage, and care. Due to the delicate nature of our Banarasi unstitched fabrics, we maintain a strict no return or exchange policy, unless the item received is damaged or defective.

Eligible Returns (Defective Item Only):

• Returns are only accepted if the product is delivered with a manufacturing defect, such as:
• Torn fabric
• Irreparable stains
• Wrong item delivered

If such an issue occurs, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order number
• Clear photos/video of the defect
• Unused, unwashed condition of the fabric

Non-Eligible Returns (Change of Mind):

• We do not accept returns or exchanges if:
• The customer changes their mind
• The product is no longer wanted
• There’s dissatisfaction with color perception (colors may vary slightly due to lighting)

Return Approval Process:

• Once your return request is approved, we’ll guide you through the return steps.
• If verified, you will be offered:
• A replacement (same product)
• Or store credit (in special cases)
• Cash return

Important Notes:

• Returned item must be unused, uncut, unwashed, and in original condition.
• We reserve the right to decline return requests that do not meet the above conditions.
